"It’s a slow descent, it feels like I’ve been here years 10?…20?…maybe more? Pitch oily black. Darkness like you’ll never see.…its peaceful journey, almost no sound, I’ve settled into the quietness, it’s strangely comforting after a while. If I stop shuffling onwards for a minute or two I can hear the faint sound of sporadic water dripping, water is filtering through these rocks, there’s deep rumbling noises, bass so low it's almost inaudible, deep deep bass drawing me down I must descend deeper that’s usually where the good stuff is right?

Vision is useless here, more a distraction than help, you can’t rely on sight, the eyes will play tricks with you in the darkness, mess with your mind, let your other senses rule here. Navigation must be done by touch and feel and your ears will guide you. The walls are wet, running with slime, sharp igneous rock poking through the gloop here and there intermittently just enough to grab onto for support and give some traction under boot. Slowly I feel my way forward inch by inch. I can feel the moisture in the air, the warm earth, it's on my face, it's in my hair, nothing escapes the wet and damp of this place.

It’s approaching. Intermittent arcs of bright white light Zapping whirring fizzing and crackling. Electric circuits shorting out provide brief flashes of blinding light revealing a huge cavern full of mechanical devices and machinery, precious hard drives scattered amongst the chaos. Damp and slime has gotten inside everything, nothing is impervious here, rust, corrosion and decay is everywhere, the air smells rancid and full of electric energy.

I must save what I can from these hard drives something tells me it’s of upmost importance for humanity, these files are useless hidden down here far away from curious glances rotting and smouldering away, how much longer might they survive in such conditions I wouldn’t be surprised if half this data is corrupted already, they must be made publicly accessible. Someone could find joy or even sadness from something here, inspiration perhaps? Rebellion and revolt.

Oh my Dub! This is exactly how i like my Dub served, minimal, repetitive with bottom heavy bass and this gem delivers all that in abundance. Well nice release i must say. This lovely label sure know how to deliver the Grade A+++ goods. Highly recommended. Finn of Tomland
